Ensuring standard processing and less wastage during fabrication, every SHIRDI TMX steel bars are supplied in a fixed length of 12 meters. They are available section wise in prepacked bundles with fixed number of pieces in every bundle. Below are the sizes specified which we manufacture.
Our technically qualified engineers run continual check of the chemical composition as per the IS: 1786 testing method. Our special manufacturing methods ensure that our bars have strength and ductility that exceed the minimum 415 N/mm2, 415 grades, the typical values are as high as 450 N/mm2. Also, the value of ductility measured by elongation is 20% minimum as against the standard value of 14.5% minimum. A series of crapulous tests are exceeded on the product to meet the high quality standards that we at SHIRDI TMX, diligently the Universal Testing Machines are utilized for analysis of Stress, Ultimate Stress and Elongation. The other test conducted in the universal testing Machine are bend and rebind tests.
